4 levels of
achievement (ranging
from unacceptable/minimal proficiency to superior mastery):
1. Students
will demonstrate little to no understanding- students will struggle with the
opening tasks, and have difficulty applying the information to later activities.
There will be minimal increase in ability from start to finish of the lesson.
2. Students will
demonstrate low levels of understanding- students will be able to understand
the easier concepts but struggle to apply them in the later concepts of the
lesson. There will be a slight gradual increase in knowledge throughout the
lesson.
3. Students will
demonstrate good levels of understanding- students will achieve a decent level
of understanding of all topics covered. There will be a constant gradual
increase in knowledge as the lesson progresses.
4. Students will
demonstrate perfect understanding- students will perfectly understand the
concepts taught and be able to demonstrate them with clarity. There will be a
direct correlation between time in the lesson and information understood.
